Goalkeeping Techniques

        At this page you can read about a goalkeeping technique that is essential

        for all developing goalkeepers to learn. I will post a new technique

        for you every week or two. This weeks technique is the Roll With It Method.

          • Hold the ball in front of you with both hands, and take a few short steps. Spread your hand over the ball and cup it with your hand.
          • Bend foward and swing your arm back bringing the ball to your waist. Take a big step to your target with your toes poitnted it.

          Swing your arm down while shifting your waight foward and also bend your knees. Release the ball when your hand is close to the ground. The ball should roll smoothly without any trouble off your hand.
